1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ARC Recovery Centre ("ARC", "we", "us", "our") online database and associated AI tool (collectively, the "Platform") by healthcare practitioners and other authorized users ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Access and Use of the Platform

2.1. To access and use the Platform, you must be an authorized user, which includes being a registered healthcare practitioner with a valid license, or another authorized personnel, as determined by ARC.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify ARC immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.

3. Data Storage and Backup

3.1. ARC provides the Platform as a service for drafting and storing notes and other patient-related documents. However, ARC does not guarantee the availability, security, or integrity of the stored data. Users are responsible for backing up their notes and documents by emailing them to themselves or using other appropriate methods.

3.2. ARC shall not be held liable for any loss, deletion, or corruption of users' notes or documents stored on the Platform, whether due to technical issues, user error, or any other reason.

4. AI Tool Usage

4.1. The AI tool provided on the Platform is designed to assist users in generating reports and analyzing patient data. Users are responsible for using the AI tool ethically and in accordance with any applicable laws, regulations, and professional guidelines.

4.2. Users acknowledge and agree that the AI tool may not be perfect and may sometimes provide inaccurate or incomplete information. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of any output generated by the AI tool before relying on it or sharing it with others.

4.3. Healthcare practitioners agree to take personal responsibility for any reports generated with the AI tool and shall not hold ARC liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained in such reports.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The Platform and its associated content, including the AI tool, are the exclusive property of ARC and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes of providing healthcare services to their patients.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or other damages arising out of or in connection with users' use of the Platform or the AI tool.

7. Amendments

7.1. ARC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of the amended Terms will constitute users' acceptance of the changes.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ARC is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

START POLICY AND PROCEDURE UPDATE - 20/05/2023

Here is a summary of a some important policy and procedure changes for everyone to take note of and to please action:

*Weekend Duties:*

- NOK visits will be from 13:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays.

- Family members must attend a Family Education Group at 12:00 to qualify for a visit.

- A compulsory group session for patients will be held from 10:00 to 11:00.

- Pro on duty will facilitate the Family Education Group and patient group session.

- Case manager will return to the rotating duty roster.

*Weekly Group Sessions:*

- Group sessions will occur every hour, as a matter of principle, regardless of participant numbers.

- Content of group sessions is decided by the facilitating pro.

- A possible return to a structured 12-week rotating cycle of topics is under consideration.

*MDT Meetings:*

- No immediate plans to reintroduce daily MDT meetings.

- Time previously allocated for MDT meetings should be used constructively for administrative tasks.
